We met with Sue yesterday to discuss a service For a recent bereavement in our family. Sue could not be more helpful, and was a pleasure to deal with. We didn’t make an appointment but she managed to see us anyway and discuss all our options with us. Very impressed with the service we received.

Our daughter Michelle Howman had her service, and burial on Wednesday 31st July 2024. The service which was officiated by Kevin Cobbold funeral director who carried out a dignified, and professional service within The Hall at Greenacres, Colney a superb setting surrounded by nature. Since 2006 I have had funerals for all my close family, Father, Sister and, more recently, Mum, January 2024. This such a beautiful place, albeit sad, but Mum is back with her family now thank you GreenAcres. RIP Mum . ❤️

Very disappointed today 3rd September 2025 when I had driven a fair way to lay some flowers, having checked closing time on line beforehand which stated 5.30pm only to find the entrance gate was closed at 4.20pm!

Lovely area and park, it’s just a shame that the experience of it has been ruined, by an ill mannered lady answering the telephone. I find it absolutely disgusting how with her attitude she is able to work in such an area and interact with grieving visitors. Closing gates before time and before the visiting time concludes is ridiculous. It’s not overly clear on the website either! Not ideal for people who work or have to travel, and then to be met with that attitude!
