Mum was gently walk through all parts of the funeral process by Gary and Mark. Not only did they treat my mum with the upmost respect when she lost my dad, but also advised her with the paperwork she needed to attend to and answered all of her questions. Mum chose the Tulip package for dad's funeral, which was performed perfectly with all our wishes fulfilled.
