When putting ashes into a cremation urn, they managed to spill ashes onto the inner rim before placing the inner seal down which was stuck to the ashes and didn't seal the urn, this resulted in ashes being in the lid and in the bag and when the lid removed more ashes fell out onto the floor. I don't feel that the ashes where placed into the urn respectfully and there was clearly no care taken. Not what you want to happen when dealing with something so precious, if the company is unable to take care placing ashes into an urn properly it raises concerns.
