★☆☆☆☆ Emily at gorleston had no compassion, respect or dignity for myself through my nans funeral, telling me what was happening with my nan instead of asking with respect, Emily was very robotic no chit chat getting to know a personal side to either me or my nan, makes me wonder how my nan got treated in thier care, as didn't have any respect for myself and I'm here where my nan wouldn't obviously been able to shout her opinion whilst in thier care, didn't make the process easy at all with the robotic attitude 😭
