Cayley and the team were incredibly compassionate and kind, helping us through the funeral arrangements and the many decisions that have to be made. Cayley checked in regularly with us and updated us along the way. They really helped to make this painful process bearable. Everything possible was done to make arranging my husband's service as easy as it could be. All the staff were compassionate yet professional asking the right questions so that they obtained all the information that they needed. Nothing was too much trouble before, during or after the service. They even changed the handles on the coffin I'd chosen. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen.
