We were looking for a local, family run funeral home for my mum. I have never arranged a funeral or knew what I needed to do and from the very first phone call with Amy I was put at ease and helped with everything.
When me and my brothers went to Rosedale to make arrangements we met Emma who then took care of our mum all the way through. Emma is an exceptional lady. She did everything and beyond to make sure our mum had everything she wanted and what we wanted for her. The service and support we received from Rhys, Ali and the whole team was excellent. Ali guided us through the whole organisation of the service and helped us tailor certain aspects to make them mean more for Dad.
