My sister and I live in the US and worked with Phil via phone and email to arrange for the Welsh slate gravemarker for dad and mum and to refinish the headstone for nain and taid Owen at the Tal y Bont cemetery. Phil was great to work with and they did a beautiful job on both stones and cleaning up the gravesite. Phil even offered to tidy up the site in October before we come over to Wales for a gravesite dedication. (Obviously, this is not really Donald Trump. My real name is Shaun.) Phil Lambert arranged the funeral of my mother. My sister and I were very satisfied with this funeral. Phil Lambert was compassionate, well-organised and accommodating. I thoroughly recommend using his services. Before choosing to ask Phil to arrange the funeral, I contacted two other funeral directors in Colwyn Bay. One offered to do the work for about the same price as Lambert and Sons. The other, a national chain of funeral directors, quoted a price that was 30% higher.
