As a family in the worst few weeks of our lives, Catrin and Leanne made us feel relieved that we would be looked after and Mum's wishes met. They did handhold us through the process and kindly called every so often to check we were OK and to make sure we were on top of all the things you need to remember to do! They even called when they heard (via our celebrant) we were struggling to find a good printer for our order of service. They recommended someone and offered to collect them on our behalf and bring them to the crematorium, just to tick one thing off our list.
