Following the sudden death of my estranged sister, I was overwhelmed by the responsibilities that were handed to me as next of kin. Luckily a friend of my sister told me that her wish was to have a “no frills cremation”, which I was able to book online (living over 100 miles away) and Lauren from Tongs was incredibly supportive in finalising the arrangements for me. This included arranging for my sisters ashes to be sent to me so that they can be sprinkled on our mothers grave in due course. Thank you so much for your help at a very challenging time.
