Fantastic service from all staff, especially Richard. I ordered a slate headstone for my late mother, even though they were not the undertakers that we used for the funeral itself. It was handled with such compassion and professionalism throughout, with excellent communication during the whole process, and we were extremely pleased with the end result when the headstone was installed. I cannot speak highly enough about Richard. Planning a funeral from 6 hours away is stressful but Richard made everything so easy. Richard was professional at all times but this was unpinned with such kindness and empathy that it felt very personal. Funerals are rarely good especially a burial in the rain but Richard and his team made sure it was dignified and meaningful. In truth 5 stars is not enough for this company …they deserve so much more for what they do.
