Luke Rushton is a kind, understanding, patient and very capable funeral director. He took care of absolutely everything and made the most difficult period of my life considerably easier. He listened carefully to my instructions and offered some very helpful suggestions. He liaised closely with the vicar and crematorium staff. Luke quoted a very reasonable price at our first meeting and stuck to it. Thanks also go to Millie, his charming spaniel who did her best to lighten the mood.
