Started off well, but soon went very wrong. The wrong coffin was used as they " didn't have availability for the one that was ordered ( we were not informed about this). Embalming was carried out & charged, without concent. The day before the funeral I visited the funeral directors to arrange the time we will bring the flowers. This is when they mentioned the wrong venue and time for the wake. Neither did they correctly confirm the full church service we had arranged and paid for before the crematorium. Since the whole shoddy experience, many other people have told us of the appalling service
