Sadly at the age of 26, I had to plan a funeral for my mam, from the initial call to bowers mike and Chris attended, and showed true empathy and compassion.
I was very adamant on having a themed funeral for my mam, Ella and Mike took on the challenge, Ella and Mike went way above their role as a funeral director, and they took time to listen to my concerns. They both were quick to react to last minute changes, and understood just how important this day was.
Everybody on the day, from the bearers to the drivers, wanted to be there, they had a passion for care, and just exceeded expectations.
