We would highly recommend W .Bowers Ltd Hampsthwaite. Ella guided us through the whole process extremely well. We had a lot of questions, and she was so kind and patient. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort, and if ever we left a message with one of her colleagues, someone would get back to us quickly. Ella was also very helpful with advice on the coffin choice, order of service, photos, pall bearers etc.
On the day, Ella stood out on the main road and stopped the traffic so that the cortege could stay together. As expected the limousine was very smart and spotlessly clean.

At a very sad time, Ella the funeral director at W Bowers, was excellent on guiding me through the programme for my husband’s funeral and making suggestions so much so that I went into the planning not knowing the first thing about a funeral and ending up with the most appropriate service for my husband that I think he would have said was just perfect. The first time I've had to arrange a funeral and this was made so much better by Mike being there to help and advise. He is caring , thoughtful and gave us plenty of time to think about it all with no rushing for decisions .
