I was so very pleased I decided to use Henry Naylors in Driffield to look after my mum. From the first meeting with Carly to the funeral day everyone was so kind and guided me through a very emotional time. Carly was always available to answer any questions I had, and helped with everything from finding an amazing Celebrant to organising the flowers for the coffin. On the funeral day Rob was brilliant and showed such respect to my mum which given she was 95 would have loved that.
