Dignified, respectful and professional. Losing our mum was such a tragic shock. Adam, his family and the rest of his team made the arranging of mums funeral as painless as possible. On the day Adam was so respectful, he made it all feel very personal from the walking in front of the hearse, stopping traffic and then reading mums eulogy always with a bow to mum. Adam didn't know our mum however he read the eulogy with such feeling and humour. We can not praise him and his team enough for the seamless professional service provided. Thank you. Adam and the team worked with my other half and sister in law to organise the funeral of our brother in law. They were very efficient and respectful and helped with really insightful suggestions and options. The funeral car had a specific route and Adam made sure that they went slowly past relevant sites and kept everyone following together.
