Mum had paid for her funeral already so the staff at Co-op funeral care focused on explaining everything, any options that we wanted we addressed and they guided us beautifully through the whole process. Dee and Sarah were caring, compassionate and professional throughout the days. Dee's recommendation of Olwen as our celebrant was a perfect fit too.
