I had a right nightmare trying to organise the funeral for my Nana. I ended up having to call around to every funeral parlour in the area just to find my Nan's funeral plan, Michelle was more than helpful when I called her. She went above and beyond that what she had to do and completely blew me away with her customer service. She didn't have to help me as much as she did, she didn't have to answer my questions, offer to be there for me should I have needed it or even just listen.
