We could not have asked for better treatment than we got with Hannah Rose. Michelle was a great help with arranging absolutely everything and Laura did an amazing service. Not only do they arrange the funeral but they look after you every step of the way, making sure everything is what YOU want and even phoning to see if you are alright between times. Michelle, Ian and Laura showed care and kindness from our first meeting. Listening to what my sister's wishes were and surpassing expectations. From helping us to collect the flowers to encouraging her husband to take Belinda's beloved dogs to say goodbye too. The funeral went smoothly and was a wonderful send-off. I had a right nightmare trying to organise the funeral for my Nana. I ended up having to call around to every funeral parlour in the area just to find my Nan's funeral plan, Michelle was more than helpful when I called her. She went above and beyond that what she had to do and completely blew me away with her customer service. She didn't have to help me as much as she did, she didn't have to answer my questions, offer to be there for me should I have needed it or even just listen.
