The care and professionalism from Hayley’s staff has been Outstanding. Gary was the staff member who helped us sort the funeral with care and compassion and a lovely down to earth attitude which put us at ease straight away and meant it was easy to ask him any questions about the process. No request was too much. It was so comforting to know dad was in safe hands and we were also been gentle held in our grief and supported at every step. I’m so proud to live on the same street and to be able to call them neighbours. Thank you all.

Follow the deaths of 2 loved one in the space of 4 months we asked Hayley and her Team to care for and help with burial arrangements. I would highly recommend their services. Their kindness, empathy and knowledge are second to none! Nothing was too much trouble! Truly awful experience and wish we’d never chosen them. The most important wish was they place flowers on my dads coffin for a direct cremation. They forgot the flowers. They told us they thought direct cremations were selfish despite us explaining it’s what my dad would have wanted. David made everything about money. They made errors in communications with the crematory. They never even communicated, not once, when they’d pick my dad up. Despite promises. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
