After my dad suddenly past away I started ringing some local funeral directors. I rang Moxons, a lady called Julie answered and straight away I knew this company was the one. I felt so at ease talking to her and knew my dad would be in safe hands. From the very first meeting myself and my brother were told what would happen and the cost, and there was no hidden extras. From the first phone call (we had contacted other funeral Directors) Kevin put us at so much ease.
Not having to arrange a funeral before was something quite daunting and upsetting but we need not to have worried. Kevin took us through every step from beginning to end answering questions along the way.
After discussing the service itself and choosing the music gran loved, we found that Kevin could play the trumpet, something gran loved. Kevin found the piece of music to grans favorite song and played it at the funeral whilst videos and photos of gran were displayed on a screen.
