We cannot recommend Neil & Sonya Milsted highly enough. They truly went above and beyond when we needed it most, showing immense care and compassion. What stood out was their ability to handle the unexpected; when illness forced a last-minute change to our celebrant the evening before the funeral, they managed everything. They found a replacement and even amended the Orders of Service overnight so we had no added stress.

Losing my wife Sandra so suddenly was the most painful moment in my life and facing her funeral was just as hard. Choosing Neil and Sonya was a most inspired choice. Sonya's lovely, calming, personable manner helped us through it all at a time when we were all distressed, and we had a funeral service Sandra would have been proud of.
