A million thank yous to Shaun and Melanie for taking such wonderful care of our mum. Arranging a funeral for our dear mummy after her unexpected passing was heartbreaking, but from our very first telephone call with Melanie, we felt her genuine compassion, empathy, and passion for what she does.
When we visited the Towcester site, we immediately knew it was where our mum would rest while we arranged everything for her final goodbye. Nothing was ever too much trouble, we were never rushed and were never told no.
