Exceptional service throughout.
We said goodbye to our Mum, Nana and great Nana this week. Ann Bonham Funeral Directors dealt with the formalities and they were fabulous, right from our first meeting to the point where they took us to the wake. They even presented us with a memorial pack which included a beautiful folder with Mum's picture on the front a rose from the coffin flowers and a potted plant. A fabulous touch I thought.
David and Luke were my contacts with the company and they were professional and compassionate throughout, explaining the whole process and accommodating our wishes

Ann Bonhams took care of our mum recently. Michelle and Luke were my contacts- in the main though it was Michelle that looked after mum and my main contact. We chose Bonhams as they had looked after my father 23 years ago. I cannot fault the service I received and Michelle was wonderful. She personally oversaw a couple of things for me, regarding mum, which put my mind at rest. I couldn’t have been more pleased.
On the day of the funeral Luke along with the remaining team led the hearse and were on hand should any family members not be able to manage carry to carry mum into the church. At the
