Just popped in the Corby darley dale coop funeral directors today to enquire about putting my brothers ashes in a casket after having the no fuss pure cremation. Did not like how his ashes was presented to me after picking them. Up from the coop group shop up the town.

After my mum died we contacted the Co-Op funeral directors. Staff initially friendly, after poor communication with dates, we decided to move to a different funeral directors due to co op not being able to do the date we wanted (both the church and cemetery could do those dates). After calling and confirming another directors could do the date we wanted we called the church to get the date confirmed to find out Co-Op changed the dates with the church without consulting the family.
