Buying the funeral plan for my mother was easy and details came through promptly.
When the time came to use the funeral plan, I found the communication at the Corby branch very poor. However, I do understand their staff issues at this time. Although it did leave feelings of anxiety and worry that everything may not go as planned. In the week of the funeral, a new Manager took over the Corby branch, and communication was greatly improved.
The Funeral Director, Jo and her team were great on the day, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Thank you so much!
