I recently used Jack Warwick to arrange my father's funeral and it was a smooth and easy experience. The team was incredibly sensitive, polite and friendly throughout, and being a small team meant I only ever dealt with 3 people and they all were perfectly aware of who I was and what I wanted. Everything was dealt with at the pace I wanted (be that fast or slow) and they helped me navigate easily through all the process and admin. I would happily recommend to anyone. I could not recommend this small family run business enough for their care, compassion, help and advice in this difficult time. Peta and Dan were so lovely and helpful with our difficult situation and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. I havnt had to arrange a funeral before so it was a new and daunting for me having to arrange my friends after his sudden death. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Scott and Peta, for all of your care and attention in helping us plan my Dad’s funeral. It was an extremely tough time and you helped us so much along that journey, from recommendations, to the order of service and all of the many emails and phone calls in between.
Trying to organise a funeral is both heartbreaking and incredibly daunting at the same time. Scott was amazing at guiding us and he brought a sense of calm every time we spoke. Those calm interactions really did help us through the process.
