When I first walked in the door a lady called Heather made me feel very welcome.She offered me a drink straight away and we spoke for some time making me feel relaxed and at ease.We spoke about my Husband first and then she asked me what arrangements I would like.She went through everything with me so he would have the perfect funeral which was lovely.
They kept me informed most days to make sure every detail about the funeral was running smoothly.
The funeral Director and staff were great,very kind and supportive.

Victoria on the day he was buried was fantastic .organised and explained every step of the way what was going to happen . . Thr guys taking care of my husband into the chapel and laying him to rest were so caring . I highly recommend this team .
