I cannot recommend the Corby branch I used, highly enough. It felt very personal and professional, without being overly 'corporate'. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard Porter provided excellent service, professional at every stage, but able to think of things I hadn't; and signpost other areas I didn't know about. He went the extra mile. I felt confident in leaving things in their hands.
When the funeral was over, people were kind enough to contact me and tell me how well it had gone. I have already spread the word amongst friends and family.
