Excellent service provided by David throughout the very difficult process of putting our sweet baby girl born sleeping Sabina to eternal rest. Both David and Jordan showed deep emotional intelligence and kindness and guided us through the difficult process on the day of the memorial. David also recommended Julie Miller to be our celebrant, who also provided an outstanding service. David kindly separated the ashes for us so I was able to send some for the creation of ashes jewellery. Scott visited us at home to discuss the funeral arrangements, and stayed in easy and regular contact in the days leading up to the funeral. Such kind and caring place they allowed me to phone most days and check if I could come in and see my mum, they were so kind and caring on the phone and it was never to much for them even though I phoned a lot 🙈they also let my children decorate the coffin and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. On the day of the funeral they gave me a small gift that means so much a card, flowers and a photo book such a nice touch on such a hard day.
