Colleen was amazing from start to finish for my daddy's funeral. We decided it would suit us best to have daddy stay in the funeral parlour, which we were allowed to stay with him 24hrs a day until the funeral. It was honestly just like we were at home with him. Colleen was available day or night if needed but we also had our own privacy for the most part. She checked in on us regularly to make sure we were ok and that we didn't need anything. Id never been put in a position to plan a loved ones funeral before but Colleen made everything a breeze and that really put my mind at ease. I cannot r
