I am so thankful for all the help that my daughter received in catering for her fathers funeral from this very professional and caring family funeral directors. Within such a difficult time of Covid nothing was too much trouble to repatriate her father for a Scottish burial. Seeing it through personally from start to finish and taking the load from her shoulders. Especially that she lives in mainland England. You have my very grateful admiration. Just felt a bit disorganised but funeral went ok. Dad went into grave straight away. I thought the coffin sat beside grave first. Undertaker put soil in where we have done it in the past. No pressure for expensive coffins and no sales pitch that you can get with undertakers. I let my brother deal with it all but I wish I had spoke up as florists give undertakers a cut of what they make. Partly my fault as I should have watered it but the hot weather made it wither quickly but leaves had holes in them when the wreath arrived. Dreadful experience with Andrew Crymble. I asked him before Xmas 2022 to do a granite surround on my parents grave. I live in Dublin so I was trying to deal with him by phone/email but he never got back to me. I ended up going to finaghy to his office a few times and finally thought it was organised to be done in July 2023 but just about a month ago he emailed to say he couldn't do it and waffled some rubbish excuse. Disgusting really as he had wasted about a year of my time. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone. Carolyn McCloat

My auntie lives in Dublin and had asked for work to be done on my grandparents grave last year (2022) confirmed the work would be done in July 2023 and then was told my Andrew Crymble at the start of July that they could not do it as they are too busy!! Waste of time and nearly a year wasted waiting!! During this time my aunt couldn't even get in contact with Andrew, left many messages, emails, voicemails and he never gets back to you. I had to call in to them on her behalf to confirm an appointment as can't even get them on the phone. Very bad business!! Won't be recommending!
