My auntie lives in Dublin and had asked for work to be done on my grandparents grave last year (2022) confirmed the work would be done in July 2023 and then was told my Andrew Crymble at the start of July that they could not do it as they are too busy!! Waste of time and nearly a year wasted waiting!! During this time my aunt couldn't even get in contact with Andrew, left many messages, emails, voicemails and he never gets back to you. I had to call in to them on her behalf to confirm an appointment as can't even get them on the phone. Very bad business!! Won't be recommending!

Andrew I don't appreciate the fact that you aren't taking full responsibility for not doing the work on my parents grave, I have all the emails to prove all the contact I made and how Stephen your colleague had to answer for you on several occasions. Appart from all that I had actually travelled to Belfast a few times and sat with you and picked the granite surround I was going for and you said you were ordering it and would be done arround July, then to suddenly email to say after a year of it that you couldn't do it is absolutely unacceptable and I still haven't heard the truth about that i
