In a time when other Directors said ‘No’ because of the COVID restrictions (which is totally understandable), Stephen McCosh and his marvellous Team made the impossible ‘possible’ and brought our Mum home for one last time. Their services could not be faulted and their impeccable respect and detail to everything was outstanding. It made our hard time so so much easier. My family can’t praise or thank them enough for all they did, especially in this strange year of 2020.
