Absolutely Awful Standards! With Zero Customer service. Purchase a formal bolloon for £25 it was deflated before the formal begain! They refused to do anything just said it left here in goid condition, even with photos proving the bolloon ti be deflated at formal, stilll refused to take responsibility for their rubbish standards! Avoid, head to Newcastle or Downpatrick.
