This Funeral home was used recently to bury my grandmother.
Funeral arrangements was made by another family member but not immediate family ie my mother who was my grandmother's only daughter.
We were only aware of what had been put on the announcements when it was live online..
As soon as possible i contacted Helen to say we were not happy and a certain name was to be removed.
I did state that yes i agree it was the other family member who told her what was to be written but as far as I'm concerned my mother is immediate family as is us 3 grandchildren and i stated this has caused great upset
