They have been utterly professional during the whole process and made sure anything we needed done was completed to a high standard.
They both looked very like themselves and very peaceful and at rest. Which brought great comfort to myself and the rest of the family.
Both my grandparents had a beautiful send off and the after care has been wonderful. Every Christmas we get invited to add a rememberence bauble to the real Christmas tree in the Parlour's funeral church.
