There is never a good time to lose a loved one, never mind in the run up to Xmas. The care and support shown by Mulhollands was a great source of comfort. From the first contact with Kerry, the support provided was first class in the organising of Mum's funeral. The care and empathy shown by Sam when we brought Mum home, including the setting up of an altar in Mum's home, really was a nice touch. The no request was too much response attitude from Mike on the day of the funeral was appreciated by my brothers and I, as we struggled to keep our emotions in check.
