John and Emma are the most empathetic and kindest of people. I arranged a funeral for my partner and John conducted the service even though he had been ill all week. He handled the handmade coffin with such care and gave lots of advice and arranged for me to have the wonderful Celebrant Jacky Stephens who was amazing. From our first phone call with Emma and John, we found them both respectful, considerate and caring to us and our mum. In addition they were both always very responsive to our emails and calls. They were accommodating of our wishes in a safe and comforting manner, that took all of the pressure and stress from our shoulders. The chapel of rest was a beautiful and calm place to visit mum.
