★★★★★
Everyone who I spoke with was kind, pleasant, respectful and above all, helpful. The funeral director we used made a very difficult time slightly easier with their patience and professionalism. Thank you Dignity and Ginns and Gutteridge funeral directors.
★★★★★
The service I received from Ginns and Gutteridge in Long Eaton was very professional but also compassionate. They guided me through a process which could have been very difficult. Dawn, Gemma and Francis were patient and caring, and on the day of my father's funeral, Francis and his colleagues were instrumental in ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Thank you

Gemma and the team did a wonderful job of helping me and my brother manoeuvre our way through the processes of arranging mum’s funeral (Sheila Limb, funeral on 5th February 2026). It was coordinated with skill and compassion. The drivers (thank you Francis and team), the celebrant (Tim, thanks for personalising the funeral for mum), the florist (fabulous flowers from Sanita), plus others who were involved made a difficult day for mum’s family and friends much more tolerable. In fact it was truly a celebration of mum’s life, thank you all so much. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience, after my Father passed away, with Ginns and Gutteridge Funeral Directors was excellent. The organisational stage was very straightforward, Gemma was very helpful, she explained things clearly and was in regular contact throughout the planning. Francis, the funeral director took the time to visit our home before hand to check the location and on the day everything went perfectly. It seems wrong to use the word lovely for a funeral, but it really was! From when the hearse arrived Francis and his team were exemplary. So smartly dressed and respectful. Lots of small touches throughou

Kathryn and family. Thank you everyone at Ginns and Gutteridge for you care and consideration after the passing of both our father last year and most recently our mother. Our father took out the funeral plans 10 years ago, which saved a lot of heartache and relieved the stress that ensued. Thank you all.
