Chris and the team at Robert Holland were so helpful, supportive, understanding and patient with all aspects of my fiancé's funeral. I had no idea how to plan a funeral and Chris made it very manageable and was there every single step of the way. Even in regards to paperwork that I had no idea of, I knew I could ring him and ask questions. The service was beautiful and him and his team looked after my boy so well. Robert and his team took my mother in to their care just last month. I cannot praise the level of car and attention they gave both my mother and our whole family. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was unanswered. Knowing that mother was being looked after so well by Robert and all of his colleagues made the situation easier to deal with. Robert has been looking after the towns bereaved for many years it shows in the compassion and thoughtfulness that was shown. Our memories of the time are now good ones as we were treated as family by everyone that we spoke to at their funeral home.
