Baguley Brothers Funeral Directors were amazing. My mother died at home, and the staff at baguleys were wonderful to deal with. They were professional and respectful and a real comfort to me during a very difficult time. Any questions I had, Sam at the office on Mansfield Road was a great help and so kind and respectful. Mum had already made a pre paid funeral plan. This made it so easy for us. Her collection was very respectfully and quickly carried out and Baguleys contacted us politely about making arrangements. Things weren't easy due to the death occuring just before Christmas so this delayed the certificate issue. However Baguleys were very understanding about our preferences and found a suitable minister and helpful about all the details required at a time when so much has to be done. This was partly due to my elderly parent misunderstanding the sales package, and partly due to information not being clearerly presented to PoAs. Prices not clearly detailed and presented on different sales brochures from pictures.
