My partner died 3 years ago and I had not thanked Cotgrave and District Funeral Service. They were very helpful and made a difficult time a bit easier. The funeral arrangements were well organised and everything done respectfully. Burying my partner's ashes under a tree in the memorial garden was all sympathetically done. Thank you.

I, and my family, cannot thank Cotgrave & District Funeral directors enough for their tremendous support and care after the sad loss of my husband. From the moment we chose them, we have had the utmost courtesy and wonderful assistance in choosing the funeral we wanted. We did not want a religious service, so their celebrant Val sat down with the family and talked through the sort of things we wanted to say. Everyone was able to write their own tributes - some read out by Val, some read directly by family. We had reminiscences, poems and music, in the order we wanted, all drawn together by som

I brought a tree several years ago after loosing my partner tragically , it’s only very recently we agreed it was time to bury his ashes at his ……unfortunately they had re sold it ! I chose another tree and was greeted by a scruffy gardener and passed the ashes to put in the ground ! I then was told they had ran out of wooden posts so would ring me when they could put his plaque up . I went a week later ( yesterday ) and his plaque was up but I’d not had a call. A very upsetting experience for both myself , children and family . I got a call to say sorry !
