I used A. Wass Funeral Directors for my mum’s service, and they did a thoroughly thoughtful and professional job throughout. Paul, the MD, was excellent – compassionate, steady, and clearly committed to making sure everything was right for Mum and for us as a family. He takes real pride in what he does, and on the day the whole team were polished, respectful, and beautifully presented. The casket, flowers (recommended through Paul), cars, and hearse were all first class, and I felt very comfortable with Paul overseeing both the service and the burial arrangements.
There were a couple of small
