From the first phone call to arrange pick up of my mother's body, the service has been excellent. Claire at Stapleford could not have been more helpful, friendly and understanding. She arranged the funeral to take place in other city and everything went perfectly. Everyone including the funeral director and the celebrant were so lovely and perfectly encapsulated my wishes. Will be taking out a funeral plan of my own with Co-op Funeral care, for sure

Claire was amazing, in everything we asked of her, from booking our dads prepaid funeral (and a big shout out to Simon on this part who went above and beyond to help us with this )
Unfortunately we needed to use this much sooner then we expected, and again Claire was our rock all the way though the journey nothing was too much trouble, from the details of the day to looking after our dad while in her care. Also just listening to us when we needed an ear to bend.

The Co-op Stapleford thru Claire who was absolutely brilliant in arranging my fathers funeral and for her wonderful support and the team for preparing Dad and laying out so beautifully. And Anna and her team for their caring, support and handing of Dad on his last journey and burial. Also the flowers supplied thru the Co-op where excellent in size and quality.
