From the moment we walked into the Arnold branch of Nottingham Funeral Directors we new we had found the right company to look after ‘dad’.
Leonie showed kindness, care and compassion from our first meeting. We asked her to bring Bella her bereavement dog to our house to meet mum while we discussed funeral plans and this beautiful creature helped us feel relaxed and calm while we made the arrangement.
