A truly wonderful team at Mapperley Co-op funeral care. Special thanks to Charis, who was so kind & patient with me. I felt like my Dad's funeral was part of her loss too. Charis had the patience of a Saint, with all my wobbles & the need to do right by my Dad. It was the perfect, funeral, with the wonderful Melissa as our funeral director.
