My first experience with Graham was a very upsetting experience! When my partner died, I asked them to shave him because he was always clean shaven but they didn’t! They said that because he was left too long, his skin was too thin and fragile to shave him. I was horrified when I saw him in the chapel of rest ! He looked a mess!
