If I could give zero stars, I would.
Our family trusted this funeral service to care for our grandad with dignity and respect during one of the hardest times of our lives. But after finding out the state of our grandad body was so severely decomposed due to where he was stored (garage) is completely devastating.
Every person deserves respect even after life end's so avoid this service at all cost!!!!

If there were a minus score, I would choose it. I would never trust this company again.
In my experience, they showed no passion or care when looking after a deceased loved one. The lack of compassion and respect for the conditions in which people are left is extremely upsetting. The cold storage facilities appeared inadequate and not fit for purpose.
I strongly recommend that others consider going elsewhere. In my opinion, Paul Clampet and his assistant Lynda showed no compassion at all, and this is the wrong profession for people who are responsible for caring for someone’s loved one at su
