The staff are welcoming, polite, caring and professional and are very helpful, nothing is too much for them, it as been a very sad time for us loosing our mam, right from the start Lisa has been so sincere and caring, they all go above and beyond. Right from the beginning, I can only say how sincere and professional Coope's staff were , with dealing with Amanda's funeral. They really couldn't have been more helpful, it was as you can imagine, a terrible time for us ,but as I say the staff were always there for us . The lady with purple hair ( sorry love I can't recall your name) ,shown myself so much care at the crematorium, it was quite touching. I will gladly recommend Coope' s for there support and organisation for what was a terrible time for Mandys family and many many friends.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish.
I organise majority with Kym and she was lovely, and knowledgeable. And today Emma explained how the funeral would go and was polite and comforting.

I would definitely recommend Co-op funeral care. Both Shirebrook and Mansfield were Fantastic. From taking care of mom's body to helping us arrange the funeral. So kind, caring, patient and helpful.
